Bandelier National Monument, New Mexico preserves the homes (now ruins) of the Anasazi (early Puebloans). Most of the pueblo structures date from 1150 to 1600 CE. Whether it’s paintings on the walls or natural cavities and architectural carving you can sense a community lived here.
