Is this a forest or an industrial park? I originally painted a realistic forest scene and as I removed myself from the content and started looking at the shapes within the forest, the painting started morphing into an office building showing the facade and an aerial view at the same time. Where’s the banjo? Is there one in the painting? No. At the same time I was doing this painting I was looking for my long deceased grandfather’s banjo.
